Astragalus helps to adapt the mind and body to a new environment, experience or discipline. This herb is an energy tonic good for the immune, digestive, and respiratory systems. It fights chronic fatigue brought on by stress, whether from a strenuous yoga class or life in general.
Cayenne is a pain-killer, anti-inflammatory and pain receptor-blocker, and can be applied in cream-form externally or taken internally. It is beneficial after a challenging workout. It's also stop hemorrhaging so is great for treating traumas of a physical nature.
Dandelion assists the liver in ridding the body of toxins that are released during an incredibly detoxifying yoga class. Toxins should not remain in the body (which lead to feeling tired or grumpy).
