I just recently started taking yoga lessons with Robin following surgery in my lower back - in one word - excellent - she works within my current limitations whilst managing to not let me slack off - extremely convenient - she comes to my house - we do an hours workout - saving me the added time of having to drive to a class - in short - I can't say enough good things about this woman - LOVING IT !!!
